PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3416/A/2014, dated 18.11.2014 and the consequential proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3416/A/2014, dated 16.02.2015, quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to continue to pay the selection grade/special grade granted to the petitioner vide the proceedings of the second respondent in proceedings No.4353/A/2012 dated 05.07.2013.
