This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time granted by this Court, for payment of cost of Rs.7500/- to the respondent in the above appeal on 13.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent and perused the documents.

3. Accepting the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions imposed vide order dated 13.03.2018 in CMA.No.1866 of 2013, is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of amended copy of the order.
