ORDER
The petitioners seek modification of the condition in para No.5(a) in Crl.O.P. No.30665 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025, imposed by the Hon'ble Justice A.D.Jagadish Chandira, which reads as follows: "[a] if the petitioners fail to surrender before the said Magistrate within a period of fifteen days, this Order shall stand automatically cancelled, and at the time of surrender the petitioners shall jointly deposit a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.34 of 2024 and on such deposit being made, the learned Magistrate shall deposit the same in any of the nationalised bank fetching interest and the disposal of the deposited amount alon gwith interest accrued shall be decided at the end of the trial;"

The reading of the above would show that the petitioners have undertaken to make the deposit.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para No.5(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.30665 of 2024, dated 21.01.2025, however, the petitioners are granted three weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of this order to comply with the aforesaid condition in para No.5(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.30665 of 2024, dated 21.01.2025, failing which, the order of anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled.
