.. Respondents PRAYER: This Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of the Courts Act, 1972, praying to punish the respondents for the wanton and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11678 of 2014 dated 18.10.2019.

O R D E R
The learned Additional Government Pleader furnished the copy of the written instructions issued by the District Educational Officer dated 28.06.2022. It is stated that the contempt petitioner was appointed through the Parent Teacher Association and the salary was also not paid through the government. The salary was paid from the accounts maintained by the Parent Teacher Association. Under these circumstances the respondents preferred the Review Application in Rev.Aplw.No.7 of 2020, which is now pending before this Court.
2. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the contempt petition after the disposal of the review petition, which is now pending before this Court.
