ORDER

The revision petitioner/second defendant has filed this Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Mannargudi, to dispose of O.S. No.5 of 2022 within a stipulated time.

2. The second defendant has filed the present petition stating that the plaintiff has approached the Court with a false claim and has not taken steps to implead the legal heirs of the first defendant. Therefore, the petitioner seeks a direction to the trial Court for early disposal of the suit.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides, this Court is inclined to direct the learned trial Judge to dispose of O.S. No.5 of 2022 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either party.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
