This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order dated 01.06.2015 passed in I.A.No.287/2015 in C.P.No.52/2010, on the file of the Labour Court, Coimbatore and quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent herein to conduct a fresh enquiry in I.A.No.287/2015 in C.P.No.52/2010.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to subsequent development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
