[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] In continuation of the order dated 20.09.2024, this Court posted the matter today and enquired the learned counsel for the petitioner in this Miscellaneous Petition as well as others.

2.From the whole proceedings, it is seen that the petitioner in this Miscellaneous Petition is dragged, probably due to some general allegations made against the Members of Bar Council, particularly against one Mr.C.Sri Muruga, Advocate and Member of Bar Council, who is actually found involved in few transactions which were brought to the notice of this Court when we heard H.C.P.No.728 of 2022. 3.However, as far as this Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.M.P.No.3609 of 2024 is concerned, the petitioner herein is not a party to the proceedings and any proceedings which may embarrass the

petitioner without impleading him, will be inappropriate. Having regard to the admitted facts and circumstances, the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3609 of 2024 is not a necessary party, as he is not involved in any transaction connected with the proceedings. 4.Therefore, the petition in Crl.M.P.No.3609 of 2024 is allowed and any observations or comments about the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3609 of 2024 made in the final order dated 16.11.2023 in H.C.P.No.728 of 2022, are directed to be deleted.
