PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition of "report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.", imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15524 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21821 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition of "report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.", imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15524 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21821 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.21821 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024 and subsequently modified on 08.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.15524 of 2024 is totally relaxed. However, the Page No.2 of 4
petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
