This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to hear the objections of the petitioner dated 13.12.2023 and 02.02.2024 and thereafter pass orders as per law regarding the appointment of the 4th respondent as Correspondent of the Concordia Higher Secondary School, Bargur.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ

petition, the first and second respondents are directed to hear the objections of the petitioner dated 13.12.2023 and 02.02.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
