ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 104 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 18.08.2025 passed in Special Sessions Case No.17 of 2024 by the learned Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai, Special Court of Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thiruvannamalai.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Upon being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 16-06-2026 MSM Note: Registry is directed to number the Crl.A.Sr.No. 6365 of 2026 and if it is otherwise in order.
