(CR.NO.830/2017) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police that is first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7655/2020 in Crl.OP.No.32016/2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.MAHARAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7655 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32016 of 2019, dated 16.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7655 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32016 of 2019, dated 16.12.2020. is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
