This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.02.2014.
2.Since this case is pending on the file of this Court from March 2014, this Court perused the materials available on record. 3.On the complaint dated 24.02.2014 given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the police in CSR. No.54/2014 and the same has been closed. This petitioner again lodged a complaint on 06.07.2015, in which, this Court had issued a direction in Crl.O.P.No.17734/2015 on 16.07.2015. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that inspite of the direction given by this Court on 16.07.2015, the petitioner has not co-operated with the police for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
