Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of the Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the orders passed by the second respondent in Naka.7522/2003/K2 dated 30.11.2004, quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents to refund the entire security deposit amount of Rs.3,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner for the license year 2001-02 in respect to shop No.113/01-02 and for the liense year 2002-2003 in respect to the shops bearing Nos.80 and 54/02-03 which were run by the petitioner, with interest at the rate of 24% per annum from the date of payment made by the petitioner till the date of realization.
