Prayer in W.P.No.676 of 2005: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent vide proceedings in R.No.19766/A3/03 dated 24.11.2004 and to quash the same and further to direct the first respondent to grant mini bus permit
in accordance with orders of the third respondent in Appeal No. 44 of 2004 dated 01.09.2004 on the route Kunnangalpalayam to Tiruppur old bus stand.
Prayer in W.P.No.723 of 2005: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent vide proceedings in R.No.19769/A3/03 dated 24.11.2004 and to quash the same and further to direct the first respondent to grant mini bus permit in accordance with orders of the third respondent in Appeal No. 45 of 2004 dated 01.09.2004 on the route Tiruppur old bus stand to Veerapandi.
Prayer in W.P.No.724 of 2005: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent vide proceedings in R.No.19767/A3/03 dated 24.11.2004 and to quash the same and further to direct the first respondent to grant mini bus permit in accordance with orders of the third respondent in Appeal No. 39 of 2004 dated 01.09.2004 on the route Tiruppur old bus stand to Andipalayam.

O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that all the writ petitions are related to mini bus permit, which was rejected by the authority concerned in the year 2003 and challenging the rejection order, the present writ petitions are filed.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would further submit that the application in respect of grant of mini bus permit, has been modified in the year 2011. Therefore, he sought for liberty, to file a fresh application, as per the new scheme.
3. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate petitions,
under the New Scheme. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
