This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the Appeal (CAD) SR No.16051 of 2023.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and since no serious objection has been raised by the respondents, the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, C.M.P.No.4251 of 2023 in Appeal (CAD) No.16051 of 2023 is ordered. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise is order and post the same for admission on 19.04.2023.
