ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners, the petitioners have come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that on a complaint given by the opposite party, the petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.141 of 2015 and the same has been closed. It is seen that the first petitioner approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12477 of 2015 for Anticipatory Bail and when the matter came up for hearing, it is represented that the petition enquiry was conducted and closed. Recording the same, the Anticipatory Bail petition was closed.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that despite, the closure of the complaint in C.S.R.No.141 of 2015, the respondent police are unnecessarily summoning the petitioner and harassing. In view of the closure of the complaint, the respondent police shall not harass the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
