Prayer in W.P.No.24410 of 2014 : Filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5183/C2/2014 dated 04.09.2014 issued by the First Respondent quash the same.

In view of the submission made, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to appear before the learned single Judge and place all the facts before such Court. Hence, the contempt petition may be closed at the SR stage.
