ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 19.11.2020 for the offence under Sections 302, 380, 450, 120(B) and 34 of IPC and Sections 27 (3), 29(B) and 30 of Arms Act in Cr.No.916 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that this is a triple murder case. Due to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have committed murder of the deceased/ petitioner's husband and his parents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.19068 of 2021 and this Court has dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.19068 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
