This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 197 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 17.05.2025 passed in Special S.C.No.36 of 2022 by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act 2021, Vellore District.
2. Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection for this petition being allowed.
3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and also taking into consideration the no objection expressed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition stands allowed.
4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
