Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notice issued to the petitioner for his appearance before the second respondent for conducting enquiry on 09.02.2015 with regard to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the administration of Muslim Jamath Palli Vasal.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent would submit that the second respondent conducted enquiry pursuant to the notice impugned in this Writ Petition, in which all the parties have filed affidavit to the effect that they will co-operate for smooth running of the said Palli Vasal and thereafter, the enquiry was concluded.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
