This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to recall the "Look out notice" issued to all Air Port Authorities in India In Crime No.1 of 2015, on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 'look out notice' was issued against the petitioner in connection with Crime No.1 of 2015 and the respondent Police have completed the investigation and filed a final report and was taken cognizance in C.C.No.22 of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor. Subsequently, the petitioner filed another petition in Crl.O.P.No.1839 of 2017, for the same relief and this Court by an order dated 28.08.2017 has quashed the lookout notice issued against the petitioner and the same was recalled.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
