(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Petitioner, father of the detenue Kalaivani, aged about 41 years, has filed the present petition to cause production of his daughter, who is said to be in the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent, before this Court and to set her at liberty. On perusal of the application and after hearing the submissions made on either side, we are of the view that there is no illegal custody of the detenue. In fact, it appears that the petitioner is also aware of the relationship of the detenue with the 3rd respondent.
