(CR.NO. 786/2011) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.235 of 2022 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Learned Additional District Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu in S.C.No. 75 of 2012 by Judgement dated 26.11.2021 and may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on Bail till the disposal of the above mentioned CRL.A.No.235 of 2022. (CRL.MP.NO.2974/2022) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.235 of 2022 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. GANESH RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
