[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., R.Thabu, aged 17 years, sought production of her daughter.

3. The detenue/daughter of the petitioner as also petitioner are present before this Court. The detenue informs that she had married one Sugumaran, Son of Paramasivam and she confirms that she is now under the care and custody of Sugumaran, S/o. Paramasivam. The petitioner and his wife have been so informed.

4. Recording such position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stands closed.
