3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the supporting affidavits, C.M.P.Nos.2930 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.886 of 2016 and 5360 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.885 of 2016 are ordered and accordingly, C.R.P.Nos.885 and 886 of 2016 are restored to file.

4. The Registry is directed to post the C.R.Ps on 14.10.2022 under the caption 'for orders'.
