This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.PC to grant leave to file an appeal against the order dated 11.08.2022 made in STC.No.117 of 2020 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kotagiri.
2.Heard Mr.A.Bobblie, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the accused had admitted his signature on the cheque, the trial court had acquitted the accused on the ground that the complainant had not established the legally enforceable debt as against the accused though sufficient oral and documentary evidence was adduced by him and that there are arguable points in the main appeal. 4.In the circumstances, leave is granted as prayed for. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
