TERMS OF SETTLEMENT As per the direction of the National Lok Adalat Award dated 13.08.2022 presided over by Hon'ble Justice Mr.K.Kumaresh Babu, there was a condition to await the honour of the cheque bearing No.847436 dated 15.09.2022 for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only).

2. It is seen from the records that the memo has been submitted from the bank and the cheque has been honoured. Therefore, nothing survives further and the award being satisfied. Hence settlement reported and the case is closed.

3. The parties are present. As the matter is settled already, the signature of counsel is dispensed with.

The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
