Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to implement the order of the 1st respondent dated 05.08.2015, by furnishing the information sought for by the petitioner dated 16.04.2014 in entirety with correct information and further direct the 1st respondent to proceed further with the show cause notice issued for imposition of penalty, compensate the petitioner and initiate such other steps as are provided under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005, including initiation of departmental proceedings against the person(s) responsible for denying the information sought for by the petitioner.

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the State Information Commission passed an order on 05.08.2015, wherein the 1st respondent has directed the respondents 2 to 4 to furnish the information within a period of 30 days. The petitioner states that inspite of the orders passed by the 1st respondent, the other respondents have not provided information. If at all, the order passed by the State Information Commission has not been complied with. The petitioner has to approach the State Information Commission under the provisions of the Act for further actions against the officials, who are responsible for not implementing the orders or otherwise. However, entertaining a writ petition at this juncture became unnecessary, thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the 1st respondent State Information Commission for appropriate remedy under the provisions of the Act.
2.With these liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
