This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 1st respondent to return the original driving license No.TN10 2017 0005269, dated 23.06.2017 to the petitioner herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's license was seized by the 1st respondent in pursuant to drunk and drive by the petitioner. Thereafter, the 1st respondent recommended to cancel/suspend the license of the petitioner vide communication dated 13.02.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
