This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to call for all the records in Crime No.11 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the investigation is almost completed and the

investigation reveals, this petitioner along with other accused have cheated several crores of rupees from gullible public aspiring for MBBS seat. Since prima facie evidence available for filing final report, I do not see any reason to entertain these petitions to quash the First Information Reports. Hence, these petitions are dismissed.
