The petitioner in this case has been liquidated by order of the National Company Law Tribunal in the case of M/s. IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Ltd. Vs. Surana Industries Ltd. on 12.10.2018 and Liquidator has been appointed as well.

2. In the light of the aforesaid order, nothing survives in this writ petition. The Department, evidently, will pursue the demand raised in assessment with the Liquidator in accordance with law.
