This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.640 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after investigation charge sheet was filed and hence, he seeks permission of this Court withdraw the petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that on completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
No.II, Coimbatore taken on file as C.C.No.212 of 2018 and the case was posted for further hearing on 25.08.2012. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
