This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 01.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.10732 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25815 of 2022.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
