Order : This miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SELVARAJU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.MANOKARAN, Advocate for the 1st Respondent and of MR.R.NEELAKANDAN, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and for the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for ordering the petition.

3. We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, the Registry is directed to return the original sale deed dated 02.07.2019 marked as Ex.B-4. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is directed to substitute original document with a certified copy of the Ex.B-4. Petition is ordered.
