ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to direct the respondent police to file the charge sheet in Crime No.499 of 2024 within a stipulated time.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen from the records that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the case in Crime No.499/2024 was registered by the respondent police on 09.10.2024 itself for the offence under Section 406 and 420 IPC and till now, no charge sheet is filed.
4. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
