2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, considering the fact that the criminal case is pending from the year 2016, the Trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial and dispose the case within a period of three months from the date of Courts resume normal functioning.
Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
