Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to register the case against the persons namely Mrs.Sharmila W/o.Prabakaran, 2.Prabakaran S/o.Rudramoorthy as per the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2021.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the second respondent to register the case against the persons namely Mrs.Sharmila W/o.Prabakaran, 2.Prabakaran S/o.Rudramoorthy as per the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.09.2021, a preliminary enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.320 of 2022 and the case has been closed as "Civil in Nature" on 25.04.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the Jurisdictional Court.
