Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.T1/2507/2018 dated 11.12.2023 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, and non-est in law and proceedings in Letter No. Aa/1062/2023 dated 15.12.2023 and 29.01.2024 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and non-est in law and consequently direct the 4th respondent to renew the contract by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2023 within time stipulated by this Court.
