This petition is filed by the wife to Order withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2022 filed by the Respondent herein on the file of the Sub-Court, Alandur, Kanchipuram District and transfer the same to the Principal Sub-Court, Kanchipuram, Kanchipuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Though the petition is filed for transferring the H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2022 filed by the Respondent herein pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Alandur, Kanchipuram District and transfer the same to the Principal Sub-Court, Kanchipuram, Kanchipuram District, however, considering the fact that the residence of the petitioner is at Vettuvankani, which falls within the jurisdiction of the Sub-Court, Alandur, on consent of

both sides and also considering the above fact, H.M.O.P.No.353 of 2021 pending on the file of Sub-Court, Kanchipuram is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub-Court, Alandur and to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2022. 4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
