This matter is placed before this Court today on the basis of the letter dated 19.12.2025 received from the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Namakkal, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in SC.No.104 of 2024, by a period of four months.
