This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to sub-divide and issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the land to an extent of 45 Acres in Erode District, Perundurai Taluk, V.No.44, Vijaypurai Village in Survey No.16/4A

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted an online application on 14.11.2023 with a request to sub-divide the petitioner's property and issuance of patta, which is pending without consideration.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for subdivide of the property and issuance of patta to the land to an extent of 45 Acres in Erode District, Perundurai Taluk, V.No.44, Vijaypurai Village in Survey No.16/4A on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall 2/4

be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
