Since there was no appearance for the last five months and though the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on two occasions, this Court by an order dated 23.08.2021, has directed the Registry to print the name of the revision petitioner in the cause list and has directed the Registry to post the matter under the caption "for passing orders" on 25.08.2021. Even today i.e., 26.08.2021, there is representation for both the parties.

2.Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case stands "dismissed for default".
