ORDER

The suit for partition has been presented in O.S.No.53 of 1997 before the Sub Court, Kallakurichi by the revision petitioner/plaintiff. Thereafter, to convert the preliminary decree into a final decree, an application was taken out by her in I.A.No.32/2023, and the same is pending consideration. Now, this revision is filed to direct the learned Sub Judge, Kallakurichi to expedite the disposal of the final decree application in I.A.No.32.2023.

2. Since the preliminary decree has become final, and the suit has been pending for more than 27 years on its file, the learned Sub Judge, Kallakurichi is required to take the case on priority. In any event, the learned Judge shall endeavour to dispose of the suit itself within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observation, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
