Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to pass order sequel to the correction of U.D.R.Patta in S.No.129/4, Nallapalayam Village, Vikiravandi Taluk, Villupuram District pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2018 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to pass order sequel to the correction of U.D.R.Patta in S.No.129/4, Nallapalayam Village, Vikiravandi Taluk, Villupuram District pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2018 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Ms.A.B.Rechana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for Respondents 1 & 2 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 03.06.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the first respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 03.06.2021 (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021). 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
