This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore.

The petitioner released on bail in default under Section 167(2) of Cr.P.C. whatever the condition imposed by the Court below is not onerous one and the petitioner is not entitled any delectable right.
