O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the trial Court returning the plaint. The order returning the plaint is appealable one under Order 43 Rule 1(a) of CPC, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the revision. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Regular Appellate Court.

2. The petitioner is entitled to exclude the time taken in prosecuting the revision before this Court i.e., from 08.02.2024 till the date of receipt of copy of this order, while calculating the limitation for filing the appeal. No costs.
