O R D E R

The husband has initiated H.M.O.P.No.141 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sub Court at Tindivanam.

2. The wife is a permanent resident of Desur which falls within the limits of the Taluk of Vandavasi.

With the consent of both sides, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.141 of 2019 are withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Judge at Tindivanam and transferred to the file of the Sub Judge, Vandavasi. I am taking into consideration not only the factum of the creation of a new Court at Vandavasi, but also the fact that the wife is a permanent resident of Desur and it will be convenient for her to travel from Desur to Vandavasi.

4. Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 15.04.2024 Index : Yes/No Sgl 2/2
