This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register case on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.08.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 04.08.2013, it appears that the opposite party has taken the chit and had defaulted in making payment. It is seen that the petitioner herself is running an unregistered chit against law.
