ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to restore the land in S.No.1177/1A Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai as Village site as per the report of the 2nd respondent dated 18/9/18 as sought vide petitioner's representation dated 24/12/2020.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 11.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the first respondent/RDO.

3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 11.05.2021.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
