These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 28.12.2023 and 29.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.29239 & 29266 of 2023 respectively in S.C.No. 230 of 2023 to report before the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the conditions imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter during the Court hearings.
